This is a rather disappointing review as I had fantastic customer service at the beginning of my order , but there has been a lack of communication since my light was received broken and damaged . I am completely unsure If a replacement is definitely on its way or not . Or when I am likely to receive the product . The wall light was £139 and I ordered a pair . Unfortunately I am unsure as to what is happening . There has been a lack of correspondence. Will I be receiving the new product before Christmas?
